best bet would be to go to a body shop and ask for a price for an aftermarket bumper. with the cracks in the bumper and the location of the cracks being in a high stress area of the bumper any repair that anyone would make would be cracking out in about 6 months. aftermarket are less expensive and almost as good of quality of an OEM original equipment manufacturer and with it being a black car there should be no reason to blend your quarter panels for paint match.
to answer your question it should be between 5 and 8 hundred dollars if you go to a reputable shop and an aftermarket bumper. an OEM will probably add around 2 hundred more if not more.
