Im 15, and was involved in a form of sex. It was very much close to rape.
I did oral on another minor my age. We had a relationship together which was more than friends but not a dating relationship.
Heres the problem; he took a picture of me preforming oral, without me knowing. About a week after that incident, people started coming up to me and told me that he had been sending that same photo to people at my school. I confronted the school principal and told her whats going on with me and this boy (me and him go to the same school). He confesses he had the picture, and also confesses that he is the one that took it and sent it to numerous people. The school made him delete the picture and give names to people who may have the picture saved.
Another week later, the same picture that he had took (I had seen it on the boys phone before the principal made him delete the image) got sent to my cell phone from a unsaved number. I reported the picture again, and the school wrote a document for him on his school record.
This is in the state of MICHIGAN.
We are BOTH MINORS.
Can I press charges? If yes, what charges?
This all took place from around March 2013 to this present day.
(I also have an iPhone, so whenever I get texts messages which mention anything about the picture, I can simply screenshot it in a matter of seconds and save it. I have evidence saved already).

At the very least you can press charges for sexting. You might even be able to get him under Child exploitation and Child pornography charges as well. There is also the issue with your relationship, even though both of you are minors statutory rape charges can be brought since you were both under age but that would be a slippery slope as both your could be charged with this one.
Excuse me, but press charges for what, exactly? Evidence of your illegal (and stupid) act? No, you're a minor, if anyone were to press charges it would be your parents, and if they did I would assume the parents of the other under aged participant would file a counter suit.
Remember, court is an open setting, and everything will come out there.
You're both guilty of crimes. Him of sexting your picture around (child pornography) and You because you're under the age of consent. Maybe this is a good lesson for you to act like a lady and not a floozey.
