Hello, me and my girlfriend who have been dating for 4 months would like to begin looking for a house in a couple of months and live together. The problem is I have a moral clause in my divorce decree that basically says I cannot be around anyone I am intimate with between the hours of 10:00 - 8:00 am when I have my son. can this be removed and if so how?
Update:fare there any other options other than getting married?

You need to talk to your lawyer. Why did you sign that in the first place?
Get married.
EIT: Thanks for the thumbs down. I always appreciate that when I give a factually correct answer.
Negotiate the removal of the clause from your custody agreement with your ex. Then it can be removed in court. These are your only two options.
Get married
you would have to marry your current g/f before you live with her
