Hello, me and my girlfriend who have been dating for 4 months would like to begin looking for a house in a couple of months and live together. The problem is I have a moral clause in my divorce decree that basically says I cannot be around anyone I am intimate with between the hours of 10:00 - 8:00 am when I have my son. can this be removed and if so how? Are there any other options than marriage?

You want to move in with a girl you've only been dating for 4 months? No wonder you need a moral clause in your divorce. You don't have judgment of your own. Sounds like your ex doesn't want her son around strange women when he is sleeping over. Maybe talk to a lawyer about it. Now sure why you would agree to that in the first place. Seems odd.
Not really the moral clause is to protect the young child in the divorce. It is not there to be convenient for either you or your ex wife. It will end when you get married again.or when the child gets older.
yes it can be done. im from texas and my friend also who is in texas just got her's lifted. she had to go to court again to get it done...which is more money but its ur choice.
