We had a Neighbor Girl murdered around 1985, and it was never solved.We think her name was Candy, But we're not sure. and what was the guys first name with the last name Rose. I know he was accused and later proven innocent? We still wonder about an old neighbor of ours, who might have had something to do with it. Is there a Cold case we could talk to?
