Go to any local department store that has a woman's cosmetic section and ask the salesperson. They can tell you the best types and what will wash off the easiest along with what to use.
Ok , as unorthodox as this will sound, you need to find a drag queen.
No joke. If you live in a large enough city , look around , call some local drag/gay bars or clubs and ask around , don't be rude , and do not make it sound like a joke. When you talk to them , be respectful , and almost business like. Say that you need to interview a drag queen for make up tips for a class project.
Remember that for these people , drag is life, and if you do that , respectfully and tactfully , I am more than sure that you will receive some great responses. Heck , she might even help you do the transformation!

if its just a class project dont get really high dollar make up. that would be a waste of money. staying cheap, i personally like maballene
