My computer won't recognize my pinnacle video transfer capture card.?
when i plug it in the computer says
USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED
one of the USB devices connected to your computer has malfunctioned

Update:This information may not matter but my computer is a 64-bit vista pc

try it on a different computer and if it does the same thing you might have a bad card. Call Pinnacle tech support for more info or a return authorization.
