I have this netgear box that gives my computer signals but my computer isnt picking up any signals and the wifi isnt working what can i do every thing is instilled perfectly fine
Update:yes it is all new the neatgear think sucessfully it is a laptop

Shut down your modem, router and all computers. Restart everything in this order:
Restart the modem and wait 3 min.
Restart the router and wait 2 min.
Restart your laptop - making sure the wireless card is turned on.
How do you know it is "installed perfectly fine"? Was it working before and now it isn't?
Need more information. Do any other computers work? Is this a new install?
