i'm using a casio exilim s70, and lately it has been taking very bright pictures. if it says "underexposed" before i shoot, the picture turns out okay. but if it has sufficient lighting, the picture turns out very bright. i looked at the shutter and noticed that when i take a picture, it doesnt close anymore. can this still be fixed? help!
oh and i got the camera around september last year, if it matters.

Try leaving the battery out for a day or so. If that doesn't work, it is probably still under warranty.
Are you sure you haven't changed a setting to choose a long shutter speed?
Good luck with it.
I don't know how to fix the shutter, but if you are just getting snap shots, you can try keeping the flash on, but cover it up, that way the camera will adjust the iso to accomidate the bright light.
