My laptop screen goes black?
I have a gateway laptop and I let my little sister use it.. And now it's messed up like it turns on and and shows the loading like it's going to the login screen but instead it goes black and the mouse is showing. Please help me :(

i think there is problem in your ram so you try to check the ram whether it working well or not
This problem is very common and caused by many many issues.
- Try booting into Safe Mode with Networking: just press F8 right after the Bios shows. Then scan your computer for virus infections.
- If this doesn't work, the operating system may be corrupted. You'll then need a clean install...
