Need computer expert!?
My friend has a problem with his computer, he was messing with uac settings then he restarted his computer. When he got back on, the computer it had a bunch of symbols like instead of skype saying skype it say's ╫Θ♥T\♀Öö▼┴√♠] and when he opens up internet it won't load and it's in bunch of symbols like [][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][] really wierd. I'm on skype with him now, so leave a comment helping me please.

1)Shut off the computer. Pull out the mouse and keboard jack from back of the tower, put it back again and then start your computer.
2)If that doesnt solve the problem then go to control panel => keyboard, utilities system language settings and make sure English US is selected there and language english.
3)If all that doesnt work try restore => to before messsing up settings.. that should do it.
4) if still not then reformat or take it to store.
It's really difficult to fix this type of problem over the internet. He needs to contact a computer repairman and have him come out and fix the computer. It will be expensive.
Also, tell him that if he doesn't know what he's doing (which he obviously doesn't) he should NEVER touch the settings on any computer. It can lead to very serious problems like complete formatting of the hard drive (losing all the files stored on the computer) and worse.
