Try the Clinique Clarifying lotion! My forehead was a mess and I started using it 7 years ago and no problems since! (I am your age too). I started as a 3 and now I am a 2. It's part of their 3 step program thing.

If the dramatically different moisturizer isn't doing it, try the super defense for oily skin.

Burt's Bees Radiance Day Cream. It's all-natural, and it has royal jelly in it, which is an effective antiaging ingredient. It is very moisturizing, not greasy, and will not break your skin out. I've been using it for a long time, and I love it. It costs $14.99 at Walgreen's and other drugstores. They also make a Radiance Night Cream.

Another good one that's easier to find, is St.Ives Collagin Elastin Facial Moisturizer. I'm 18 as well, so I'm not too concerned about wrinkles, but this is really good at moisturizing without making your skin oily. Bee Royal has a Hydrating Creme Concentrate. It is 100% oil free so it wont add oil to your skin.
