Ok my family is looking at a house priced to 360,000. It sstarted out in the 425,000's. We toured it and the agent is the owner. When we asked him what he would sell it for he said just make me an offer. He has another house he built. What do you think we can get it for. we don't want to pay much more then 300,000 but we will talk to him. 10 points to best answer!!!!!!!!

It is NOT in foreclosure just an owner trying to sell their house. No foreclosure or pre foreclosure, they just don't want the maintence burden nothing to do with financial reasons
