Nikon Coolpix S230 Problems?
I just got my nikon, however the picture quality is poor. Even the view is bad. It's distorted, can't focus, and overall bad quality. I've turned the macro off, and played around with all the possible image settings but nothing is working. Also, the camera makes a whirring sound every once in awhile.
Any help/solutions would be great. Thanks.

I just got that camera for Christmas and I agree the quality was bad. But luckily, i found a way to make the quality really good and focus. This is what you do..
1)Click Menu
2)On "Image Mode" put it on 10m High (3648)
3)On "White Balance" put it on Auto
4)On "Exp. +/-" put it on 0.0
5)On "ISO Sensitivity" put it on 80
6)On "AF Area Mode" Auto
7)Lastly, on "Distortion Control" turn it ON
