iv just been told by the man at the gym that its a bad idea to eat carbs after this time. does anyone have any food/meal idea which are low carb
ps i am currently on the weight watchers plan so if any one has meal ideas aimed at this plan that would also be very helpful

Low carb diets are really never a good idea. Even vegetarians who eat mainly high carb foods all day long have a lower weight than an average omnivore. Just eat small, balanced meals. Don't cut out essential nutrients from your diet - you won't lose weight you'll just make yourself unhealthy.
ok its is a myth that your body stops digesting when you go to bed. It just slows down it still digest. I eat 8 meals a day and have lost 65lbs in the past 4 months. I eat 3 meals after 6 everyday. At 6 I eat a Tilapia fillet with 4oz sweet potato, At 8 I eat another Tilapia fillet with half cup steamed broccoli, And before I go to sleep I eat 10 yes 10 Egg whites. try this if you need a meal plan I will be happy to e-mail you one.
