iv just been told by the man at the gym that its a bad idea to eat carbs after this time. does anyone have any food/meal idea which are low carb
ps i am currently on the weight watchers plan so if any one has meal ideas aimed at this plan that would also be very helpful

ok its is a myth that your body stops digesting when you go to bed. It just slows down it still digest. I eat 8 meals a day and have lost 65lbs in the past 4 months. I eat 3 meals after 6 everyday. At 6 I eat a Tilapia fillet with 4oz sweet potato, At 8 I eat another Tilapia fillet with half cup steamed broccoli, And before I go to sleep I eat 10 yes 10 Egg whites. try this if you need a meal plan I will be happy to e-mail you one.
Any meat or fish, without thick sauces, only stock cubes. Omelette, boiled eggs or scrambled. As long as you miss out the tatties, veg ,rice and bread, you will be fine..
you aren't meant to eat afer 6 anyway, because your meant to give your body time to digest the food you've eaten in the day before you go to sleep.
so just eat what you want until your full, before 6, and then you wont feel the need to eat after x
