I just have no energy to do anything anymore.. I am 24 with an 8 year old, I work all the time.
So lately when I am at work I don't have any ambition to get up and doing anything. Even so much as go to the bathroom, just seems like to much work. I used to never be soo lazy...
What is something I can do to boost myself up

Go to your doctor and ask for a TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) test, this is a simple blood test. If you were hypothyroid it is easilly fixed with medication.
I agree with the b-12 tip, but stay away from energy drinks like sobe or red bull. While they do give a boost, after that boost is gone you crash harder than ever (at least I do). And it only lasts a few hours, if that. Not to mention that it may cause health problems (see recent news reports). There is a product called emergen-C, that is packed with vitamins and such that may help. I have tried them and they do work. They can be found in the vitamin section of wal-mart, as well as in various health stores such as Wild Oats or what have you. "Emergen-C fizzes in water to furnish 1,000 mg Vitamin C with 28 different mineral electrolytes plus B Vitamins. A delicious invigorating drink with eight times as much potassium as Gatorade."
Here is another idea, take a day off, and just hang out with your kid. Turn your cell off, and just "go dark" for a while. Go to the park, take a nap outside in the shade, do some stretches or something. Just relax. Put everything work wise out of your mind and refocus on what is important to you. Think about it this way: if you just keep on doing what you are doing, your efficiency and productivity will (is?) suffer greatly, so why not take a day off to re-vamp and re-charge.
Vitamin B-12 Is EXCELLENT for energy and boosting your metabolizm...get some sublingual tablets..they get to your bloodstream better than regular pills. Just let it dissolve under your tongue. You will notice a difference in your energy within a few days. It is great. Also taking a daily multi vitamin along with it helps too.

on your next day off....take time for yourself and get lots of rest.......also eating protein (like peanut butter) and exercising can boost your energy..........hope this helps (also- i LOVE starbucks and their new orange cream frappachino gave me energy(caffine) and it tastes like a creamsicle!!yum!! so summer-y!!)
