6500 Slide Nokis is supported Micro SD, by the way may be your i/O already error inconnection.

If you have try the other new one SD, and still doesn;t work. That it means your I/O at phone card reader already error and must to place.

For the other solution you can try to reformat you phone and try it, because some time it can be cause by error aplication.
