Oblivian mages guild quest (xbox 360)?
the first task to go to get a book from janus the count of skingrad is glitched for me when i go outside the city to meet him i get ambushed ,he shows up helps me a little bit in the fight but he wont talk to me and i cant press A to talk to him please help

Try reloading a previous save, if that doesn't work then try a patch of some kind, hope this helps.
who are you getting ambushed by? can you just kill the guys then talk to him? i don't remember this ever happening to me.
