PA junior license?
I will be getting my license in May of '09 (hopefully!) in the state of Pennsylvania. I was wondering, will I be able to drive out of state with a junior license by myself or with friends or do I need an adult or wait until I get my senior license?

you have to have some one who is older then 21 in the car and they have to have there licnese as well and it can not be expired .
that is a pointless regulation. i don't inspire you breaking the regulation, yet i for my area have been out after 11pm with a Junior License in PA and overall performance not been caught. It substitute into in common words a jiffy after 11, yet oh nicely.
