I NEED HELP!!! I'm planning a wedding with a black and white theme, deep red accents. I am looking for paper lanterns that are not battery operated, as I would like to use them as centerpieces. I would like to place tealights inside them. Please help!!! I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

I wouldn't recommend putting tealights inside a paper lantern that will be sitting on the table. It seems like a very serious fire risk to me. Would your reception site even allow it? I would use the battery tea lights or floralytes.
Here's a site for all kinds of beautiful paper lanters:

We used the same color scheme for our wedding earlier this month. We made lanterns out of wood, painted them black, used white tissue paper, and scattered "Black Magic" red rose petals at the base. They are very sturdy, so using votive candles is just fine. We bought small glass tumblers and put the votive candles in them so that there was no risk of fire. I tried using the batter operated candles but the they are not bright enough and most of them emit an orange light.
I have added the link to the picture that was my inspiration.
Check Pier 1 Imports, Ikea, and Oriental Trading company.
I love paper lanterns! If you can't hang them from the ceiling, perhaps you could hang them in corners from coat racks. You could hang them on the backs of chairs or as decorations on the cake table. If you are having a candy buffet, you can wrap the round lanterns with cellophane tied with ribbon to look like giant candies!
