Your main concern should be the ram, you'll need at least 2 gb to run Parallels and Vista or XP since it would be running at the same time as MacOs X. I'd go with the 160 gb hard drive, you'd notice a speed drop with the 200 gb one.
Leopard is the Mac's working equipment. So specific it is blanketed with the device. Boot Camp facilitates you reboot out and in of your partitioned problematicalcontinual (So incredibly your going to have 2 problematical drives. One Mac and One XP,Vista, living house windows 7 despite you have). The cool element approximately boot camp is that your pc will run the living house windows OS natively. meaning you make the main of the full processor and RAM speeds. Parallels is an incredible application besides, It operates the two OSs on an identical time. even though it takes diverse supplies out of your device to run them concurrently.
Parallels software actually requires little effort from the Mac, meaning either would work fine.
4200rpm is really slow for a HD. And I don't know about you, but 160 GB is a little too big for me.
