My sister is always saying that she hears the Basement door opening and closing. my sister is 12 and she went down to the basement with her friend. the hinges are always sticky on the door and you have to push with all of your weight on the door. but when she and her friend was down there it opened by itself and there wasn't even a breeze. she also hears footsteps in the attic.(sounded like wet shoes on a tile floor, kinda like EEE EEE) so she and her friend screamed and ran back downstairs.
