Paypal & ebay Buyer Protection Case Question?
I'm new to online shopping and i didn't trust my personal banking info on ebay or paypal so i went to walmart and got a pre-paid master card and linked it to my paypal account and I bought a few t shirts off ebay with it, The seller said he shipped the items over a month ago and i still havent recieved them, no tracking # or anything so I'm going to open a ebay buyer protection case and i was wanting to know if the funds from the shirts will be back on the prepaid card or credited to my paypal account. please help! Thanks!

I am a former seller on Ebay, and currently sell on Etsy....The problem with PrePaid Mastercards or Visas is not ALL of them allow you to credit funds back to the cards...You need to call the 800 number on the back of the PrePaid card which you purchase, and see if this option is even available on that card. If it is NOT then you may want to see if funds can be returned to an Ebay gift Card, which is now possible to do. Also keep in mind, you have a limited amount of time to open up a case with ebay. Before purchasing an Item from a seller on Ebay, or Any online seller take a moment and read some of the feedback received. IF they have Less than 98% Positive feedback...no matter how good the deal may seem...do not purchase from that seller. As my Grandfather used to say, if something seems to good to be true, It probably is....Good Luck!
