If someone pays by paypal ( unverified account) & the money goes into my paypal account, then I transfer it to my own bank account....... how long is it before its totally cleared & paypal cant claim it back again...... its just that I've had a payment from an unverified paypal buyer & I'm not too sure about him if you know what I mean

Once it has cleared to your bank, it's yours. This takes about 3-5days in the UK.
If it bounces after that date however (due to fraud), paypal will try to get it back from your paypal account - which they will be able to do if you continue to use it.
If the money is in your paypal account. then the money is clear. nobody can take that money out of your account its safe. if you had recieved a e-cheque then there could be a problem as paypal issue e-cheques if the person in question has not payed paypal when they have made payments on their behalf or there bank card has expired. but if you have the compleated sign then there is no problem the guys a good payer.
As with paypal there are 3 steps to becoming verified they phone to see that your phone number is correct.
They make two small deposits of cash into your account to see the direct debits ok.
And lastly you have to give them a company name and a VAT number. and this is where the problem for many people have, because not everyone who has paypal account has a company. like may ebay many people use the paypal account just for buying safely without anyone seeing their account details.
Many people who dont have a company just make something up here and make up a VAT number just to finish the verified process. just so they look verified and its no big deal
As long as you have them compleated status and not e-cheque there is nothing anyone can do to take to money away from you..

usually take 3~4 days in the US. if you don't not want to receive funds from an unverified account or account w/unconfirmed address, you can edit your payment receive preference. This is for your own protection. If the buyer pay by credit card and claim they never got the item, they still has 30 days to file a dispute with their credit card.
i use paypal every day as i sell on ebay. i have traded with ver 150 purchasers and sellers. only 5 of them were verified. i have never had a problem with paypal, never had money recalled. once it has gone through the paypal system and is showing as a credit in your paypal account, its yours. transferring to your bank account takes between 5 and 7 working days, but again, i have never had a problem and i have had lots of transfers in and out
transfer to your bank it takes about 5-7 working days, i do it all the time. Don't be put of because someone is unverified, were not all bad. You got the payment so go get it sent to your bank.
about 5 working days until its transferred into your account but paypal CAN claim whatever back to their convenience. Those paypal terms and conditions you signed up to when you opened your account has a part in there which means they can literally rinse your bank account. Check the T&C's it is actually in there although they will only do it if you're absoluely loaded.
my experience with paypal is quite good. they are acting as the merchant whom you have authorise to make and receive the payments. i think they can anytime credit or debit your account. but surely not misuing this authority. if no payment is realised, you can file a claim with them and get the solution immediately (as happens in my case)
you may desire to enroll with Paypal and open an account with them. The cost will then flow into this account. you may then flow it out of your paypalaccount on your financial corporation account in case you like.
depends on you bank between 5 and 10 working days
dont understand the problem he has paid you into your account so whats the problem?
