The hard drive is a bare drive, meaning that it comes with the drive only, nothing else - no jumpers, no cables.

The motherboard, however, has (by the looks of it from the photos) several SATA cables included, as well as several power adapters.

This should be enough for your hard drive. If you have a dvd-drive or something similar, you might need to purchase an extra SATA cable.

There are no spec's listed for you power supply other than it is 600W. If you don't know what connectors it has, then you can't know what adapter cables you might need.

If I were you, I would select another case - one without a power supply - since most included PSUs are mediocre quality at best. There is currently only one review for that case on Newegg, so it's impossible to judge the quality of the PSU. I wouldn't take the chance. The last thing you would want is a faulty power supply to fry your $1300 build. It seems your case is currently out of stock anyways.

Purchase a quality PSU from Antec, Corsair, OCZ, or possibly even Rosewill.

Get an 80+ certified, 700W SLI ready, preferable moduaalr PSU. Check to make sure it comes with all the cables and connections you need or might need later on. I've included the link to my recommended PSU below. Its 80+, modular,and ready to support multiple-GPUs if you ever decide to go SLI.

Speaking of which, your board is Nvidia SLI, but your GPU is ATI. You should consider switching to an Nvidia card to leave open the possibility for multi-GPU later on, which is what that motherboard is designed for. Consider the GTX 460. However, if you are only planning on ever using one, strong, video card, you will be fine, but your MB is slightly overkill.

If you want to move to dual 5770s, you will have to purchase a different MB that supports CrossfireX.
