The cramps could most likely be from your period coming, but I was also told by my OBGYN that with PCOS you can cramp from the cysts on your ovaries, that it is common. If you are due in about a week, I would wait until your due to take your HPT. I think it may be to soon. HOwever; also with PCOS, even though youve gotten your periods back, they may not be regulated, it took me a few weeks to be regular after taking metformin. I def. suggest waiting a few days to test, I tested 2 days before my period was due, and it never showed up positive until the day I was due, or you could always get a Blood test.

You should probably ask your doctor. I was told I have a mild case of PCOS, but my ovaries are normal after the gave me the ultrasound. I also had no sign of polycystic ovaries. You can have PCOS without the polycystics on the ovaries, which I didn't know until I went to the doctor. My periods are actually normal again too, and I haven't been taking medication. I saw 2 different doctors though, and they both said I should be able to get pregnant when I want at no problem. I have also heard that there is a special diet for women with PCOS. Maybe you could ask your doctor about it. Good luck!

A pregnancy test taken on the 4th would be too early. Wait till atleast the 15th or 16th to test. Also with PCOS your cycle can be longer so I would suggest waiting more time. Cramping could be a sign of your period on its way. Don't give up hope. I have PCOS and was able to get pregnant. Good luck to you!

A pregnancy test a week ago would have been too early. You might want to take one again. You could be getting pre-period cramping. You could take a test or wait a few days to see if you get your period.
