My cousin's son got permanant marker on her computer screen, and we were wondering how to get it off? It's a flat LCD screen. She is just worried about using cleaning products on it because she doesn't want to ruin the screen. Any suggestions?
Update:The computer screen is NOT glass.

Magic eraser from Mr Clean it has no chemicals in it and
it doesn't scratch... 18 grandchildren running around my house has taught me that trick!
Ohhhhhhhhhhh the fun I could have w/this one!
It is after all glass, a little rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball should do the trick, or any other cleaner (they are basically rubbing alcohol). Just don't drip all over the monitor & wipe it off w/water to remove the haze.
IF NOT glass you are in dangerous territory.
Check manufacturers website(you're NOT the first) to see their recommendation.
Whatever you decide to use should be tested in the upper left corner carefully(for any adverse reactivity- if ruined this corner rarely used). Little amounts applied by Q tip...
Good luck
The screen is made of glass. Take a cloth and nail polish remover and whip it off. Do not get polish remover on plastic. Follow with windex.
This happened to me once.lol
take a white board marker - non permanent...and scribble over the permanent drawing or scribble...hopefully it works out for you.
flat screen or not a little non acetone fingernail polish remover or just rubbing alcohol should take it off safely and easily
