i have to write a philosophy paper this is my midterm paper and i dont have any idea how to start the paper.

Question is if guy name called jim witness a robbery in day time. the robbery has gun in his hand . as robber runs away,policeman appears and insteaded of chassing robbery he arrest the jim for violating Good samaritan law of the town.

since jim is making fun of the victim who is fat. jim is convicted. is this just? what he supposed to do during the robbery? Should he rushed the robber, just in the case he didn't have a gun or even if he did?
