Coffee doesn't have any magical powers, except it keeps you awake from caffeine, NOT remove redness from your face.
There are many causes of redness, from sun damage to acne to skin disorder and since I'm not a doctor, I wouldn't know what to say. So go have a doctor check it over. It could be from many reasons. ONLY he can give you advice or tips to reduce or make it fade.
I did from my Discoid Lupus. It took 12 years of avoiding the sun. So, how I got it? I've been protecting myself from the sun since age 9. I got it when I started using UV moisturizer on my face.
