Strange. The only thing I think could be wrong is if you're created Pokemon from scratch, and those Pokemon have missing values. When I PokeSav Pokemon into existence, I use pre-existing .pkms as bases, and I tend to create them in a Box, where you don't have to mess around with the party count. Nice team except the bayleef. I always refrain from using grass types. I try to find other types with grass types moves. And Gengar is ok but if it gets hit u can call it quits.
