you can not but when he beats the game type in on yahoo anwers manaphy egg. there will be a code and he will have to put it in. thre will be a hard mission but when he beats it he will get a egg. transful it to pokemon d/p then go to the poke mart and it doesnt matter which one with five pokemon. talk to a guy there and then he will give you a egg walk for a while like 6000 steps and it will htch hope this helped.

when you get the manaphy egg, (you need 2 ds) start the one with your pokemon ranger up, go to the manaphy egg, click transfer, start up your ds with d/p in it, and on the menu sceen, click thransfer from pokemon ranger, transfre it, go to a pokemart and pick it up from a guy in green
