Pornographic imagery stuck inside my head?
I don't watch porn as much as I used to, but ever since I viewed specific videos in the past, they are still stuck in my head. Like I can recite what happened in the video and I remember vividly what I saw. I've tried doing other things to keep my mind off it but it occasionally creeps up from time to time.
I know that it was my fault by watching those videos, but are there any other efficient ways so I can forget these videos or at least make me not dwell on them as much?

Time, and viewing other, non-sexual imagery, will cause that to pass. I still remember one of the better and first porno flicks I ever saw; though it rarely comes to mind the memory is still there. I take that as a sign that we shouldn't beat ourselves up over it, no pun intended. ;) It's memories, almost as strong as real sexual encounters, and there's nothing wrong with those.
Fighting specific sexual thoughts tends to create a compulsive response, which is not healthy or productive.
