What are some good pre colonial cuisines that were eaten before the Spanish came. I only know lechon and adobo and a few others. Can you give me insights
an example would be like how the aztecs age maize, mole and tacos before the spanish came.
What did the Filipinos eat?

As far as I know lechon and adobo were Spanish in origin.
Logically it would be fish, fresh, grilled, dried or smoked or however they preferred it.
And root crops, fruits and vegetables, fresh or boiled or preserved, I guess.
most of them are fresh fruits and vegetables , native chicken . fresh fish from ponds , native cakes.domestic fowls and animals like pork . veal . corn , sweet potatoes , gabi . and many other root crops .
Dog, cat, cock roach, worms, grubs, duck and chicken embryos, fish heads, pig heads, chicken heads, chicken intestines, chicken feet, ihi and ebak soup.
