My ex and I got in fight . We both got tickets to appear court 14 days
I appeared court plead not guilty they gave me a date for pre trial . Judge said my ex hasn't showed up yet
Two questions
We both said we were victim to cops
A will he be at the pre trial with me ?
B am I allowed ask court if he showed up before 14 days ?

Your case and his are separate and they need to be that way. You don't need to worry about him showing up. You need to worry about your story and what the police say.
A. No, the officer is not required to appear at a pre-trial. He will only be there for the actual trial.
B. You are allowed to ask the court anything you want.
You both say you're victims of cops? I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to imply, but regardless if neither of you presses charges then you shouldn't have a court date. You and your ex should work something out.
