I have a friend who's just been diagnosed with preclampsia/gestational diabetes and we are looking for meal/snack ideas with very little luck. I'm sure there are some of you out there who've had this and am looking for all the help I can get.
Thank you!

Hello Love, I just ran back to my room and grabbed my notebook from my last pregnancy :)!
Breakfast: 30g Carbs
I could eat1 whole egg, 1 egg white, 1cup milk (mornings were hard for me, this would put my sugar border lined)
Snack 15g carbs
I would have 1 cup cheerios and 1 cup milk (more carbs here bcause lack of carbs at breakfast)
Lunch 45g carbs
I would have have 1/2 cup veggie, 1/2 cup fruit, and an open faced sandwich
Snack 30g carbs
I would have Greek yogurt (plain) 1/2 cup fruit, 1 graham cracker (2 squares)
Dinner 45g Carbs
I would have A salad or veggie, brown rice or swt potato, at 4oz of meat
Snack 30g carbs
I would have 1 cup chocolate milk and 1/2 bagel or 2 small cookies
I know this i really hard! good luck!
