Pregnacy symptoms, or just Mirena IUD side effects?

I have a 9 month old son (my first and only child), and had a Mirena IUD put in during my 6wk postpartum check up. I have had no side effects from the Mirena, and had what I assumed was my first returning period over a month ago. For the past week I have been experiencing all the early symptoms of pregnancy (pinkish spotting, light cramping, nausea, heartburn, more frequent urination, etc), including a nagging feeling in the back of my mind that says I am pregnant. My son, whom I only breastfeed before naps, and a few times at night if he wakes up, has even shown less interest in my milk. I'm just wondering if the side effects of Mirena can come about after it's been in for about 8 months, with out having them before, or if I should be going to see my doctor to get it removed. I know I probably sound silly, since the chance of pregnancy with an IUD is extremely low, but no matter how much I tell myself not to worry, I can't shake this feeling. Any advice or similar situations is greatly appreciated:)
