Pregnancy problems please help?
I'm 22 & I've been dating my boyfriend/fiance for about 6 years. He's now a marine, and he wants to settle down and have a baby. I've been trying to get pregnant for a year, just having unprotected sex and hoping to get good news, but unfortunately i don't. I've been to the gynecologist and i was tested to be normal and okay and as far as he goes he told me he was okay too. just what's the fastest way to get pregnant, He comes home for about 8 days, when he's allowed to come home. Please any additional advice, help I'd seriously appreciate.

start taking prenatal pills. also take womens one a day. make sure the bottle says for uteran health on the front. i had been trying to get pregnant for two yrs. my husband told me to take womens vitamines b/c i was always feeling like crap. he went and bought me these, and i had pre natal from my other pregnancy. within three months i was pregnant, and due any day now! good luck!
If you want my advice, I'd wait till you were married just because he is military and the insurance is awesome. You wont be covered by his insurance unless you are married.
My husband is in the Navy and the free insurance is so great since we have so many OBGYN appointments to go to and the occasional emergency scare.
you need to have intercourse near to when your ovulating thats how you get pregnant and you know when your near to ovulating because there are tests which show posative 24-36 hours before your ovulate
