Last time i had sex was the start of april and the guy decided to finger me with sperm on his fingers (we did use a condom)

After, my period was nearly 2 weeks late and that was only a spotting, but then came and ive been having my regular monthly period but shorter (only lasting 3 days) . Since then ive been more tired, feeling more bloated, feeling weird cramps in my stomach, smelling things more, felt sick but havent thrown up, had a sore lower back and tingly boobs

Am i just paranoid ?
