Okay I know this is going to be too much information but oh well :)
I had unprotected sex almost five weeks ago, during my sugar pill week after my period ended. I take my pills religiously.
So I've been stressing all month about being pregnant and I got a period, shorter than normal though. I've noticed my boobs and nipples have changed. Darker, white bumps around the nipple. They aren't sore though. I've tested and all came out negitive. Could my constant thoughts of being pregnant trick my body??
How much can your mind really trick your body?! Cause I think that's what's happening

There have been numerous times I've felt 100% sure I was pregnant because I had 'pregnancy symptoms' and took a test to find out I wasn't. Then my period would come a day or two later so you can definitely psyche yourself out. If you had a period lasting more than 2 days, you're almost positively NOT pregnant so try not to stress and your body should go back to normal shortly :) Being that it's been 5 weeks since you had unprotected sex, an at-home pregnancy test would come up positive if you were pregnant, go buy one so you can take it first thing in the morning to ease your mind. Best of luck!!!
I'd definitely say paranoid. Because if you think of pregnancy constantly, you CAN have false symptoms. But those don't really sound like pregnancy symptoms.
It's always good to check with a doctor.
You're paranoid. Chill. If you don't test the tests, go to a free clinic or something.
i'd say paranoid. but ALWAYS check with a doctor!
