Here's the situation. I have the adobe master collection CS4 and everything works fine. So, when I double click the Premiere icon, the usual adobe window pops-up that is loading some stuff, then this window disappears and the main window of Premiere is about to open. BUT this is not happening no matter how long I wait
Update:Sky Ice, my question is about Premiere, not Photoshop.
Also, my graphics card and RAM are more than enough for the adobe products.
If it helps, recently I upgraded from Vista to Windows 7

Do you have enough Ram in you system?Cause Adobe Photoshop needs about 900mb of Ram to use it.Do you other window open while you try to open Photoshop?
It does have lots of factor that won't launch or it crashes.
Maybe you are using an older graphics display card.
So try update your graphic card driver.
