I am planning to start an online cookie bakery, in which boxes of cookies are shipped to customers. How do I keep cookies at the proper textures(particularly chewy cookies with crunchy edges) when they arrive? I was planning on shipping the cookies in cardboard pastry boxes. Any better ideas? Your better to ship them in clam shell polypropylene, and then the card board, wrapping the box in bubble wrap to prevent breakage, a fragile sticker stating baked good on the outer package.
