When I run the Diagnostic Tool on the video card, I get an error message. One way to fix the problem is to set the acceleration setting on the highest level. When I follow the step to do this, I get another error message. This one says "Your current display drive does not allow changes to be made to hardware acceleration settings" What does this mean and why can't I change the settings? I am in Administrator mode when I do this, but it does not help.
I try to update the programs on-line, but this also does not help.
I have "Intel 82945G Express Chipset Family" if that makes any difference.
Update:I used to be able to run Windows Movie Maker, but now I can't. Also, I get an error message when trying to play solitaire and then the game moves very slow.

It means your integrated graphics probably don't support hardware acceleration. You need a real video card, not and integrated graphics chipset.
