PS3 official mic..broken?
I recently moved my PS3 to my computer monitor, and my mic was working fine until about 6 days after. I was playing with a party and all of a sudden everyone's voices disappeared. I went into the mic settings and I talked into the mic, I can see the movement but no sound. I can't make the sound go through the speakers because I don't have a Y-cable yet... Please help me!
Update:My mic volume is all the way up, im for sure and its not muting either.

sounds like your mic took a ****. repairing it is hardly an option. best buy has some decent wired mics for around 20$. other than that, make sure your volume isn't all the way down?
