well, some pups are just really picky. I don't think this means she's sick or anything. And when she's thirsty, you know, she'll go get a drink i guess. I know i don't drink very much during the day, and i am fine, :)
I'm not a breeder, but it sounds as if she is getting her water from the wet food. She needs to be on dry food. Make sure you give her very small bites. She wants to do this the easy way, don't let her. It's time for dry food. What breed is she? Just curious
your puppy is probably not use to doing things on its own try consider giving your dog some milk and also put it in her food (kibble Food) if thats not working if your puppy is sad it probably has ring worms or it may even have heart worms try deworming your puppy they sell this stuff over the counter and if that doesnt help take your puppy to the vet
