The pill is not certain to stop you getting pregnant .. others are mor effective than some but not 100% hun. I am currently 38 weeks pregnant and i was on the pill. Infact i have been on 4 different pills because they werent helping my periods. I had been on it since i was 13 and im now 18 so noone can say ''oh it wont get you pregnant'' because you wont know for sure.
Hope this helps more xxx
if you take it from the first day of your period then u will be protected after 7 days but really depends on which pill it is and the doctor will tell you anything you need to no
It depends on what pill you are taking. Ask either your doctor or pharmacist, or consult the info leaflet that comes in the packet with it.
As far as I know, most pills are effective after 7 days.
that sucks..i do no longer recognize.. may well be you are able to desire to circulate with out the tablet for a month and notice if something alterations? i could circulate with Maple Leaf's answer, ask a pharmacist or your gynecologist i've got been on the tablet Yasmin for 5 years without delay (I might desire to for well being motives) and that i've got in no way experienced any area effects, i've got been to numerous gynecologists and that i've got been informed it strengthen into the tablet with the backside dose and the least area effects. its meant to be a large determination for women who journey unfavourable effects from different oral contraceptives through fact it is composed of drospirenone, in spite of this is lol. greater effective to ask your physician nonetheless desire u get greater effective!
It is best to wait to have unprotected sex until you've been on the pill a whole month.
I don't think it's effective immediately - I think you need to allow a month for the pill to be as effective as possible.
If you start the pill on the first day of your cycle, you should be protected from the first day. It will keep you from ovulating during that cycle. If you start it later, use a back-up for the first two weeks.
it should be effective immediatly! ofcourse it is best to use a condom just to be extra safe x
