"lossless" dvd music?
Friend of mine sent me a dvd chock full of music. ('lossless'- whatever That means....)
But I'm pullg my hair out trying to figure out how to get it all into my WMP library. Dragging didn't work.
What next?

mpeg4 format is .m4a this is a file probably not supported by WMP. Try it in Itunes.

Yeah, I had that problem. You could burn it to audio cd's and drop them from cds, but that's all I know of. Total pain. I tried looking for a converter and came up empty. If there even is one it probably comes from some shady site that will just end in virusy goodness.
Mp4 files are usually played with quicktime.
Get quicktime, quicktime alternative or even Itunes.
WMP will not play the files.
