deck is bad. First your monster selection is quite horrible, take out the crap cards, avian, burstinatrix, bladeedge, necroshade, bubble man. Add in cyber dragon, e-hero ocean, some more woods man, and stratos and sangan. Add in some light hex sealed fusions, so you can use cyber twin dragon, and chimeratech fortress draon to counter machines.

Why aren't you ising the obvious card ROTA, aka Reinforcement of the army? Skyscraper is pointless unless you have support. W-call should be at 3, miracle may not be needed. You can add pot of avarice. Your traps are crap, you should add some royal decrees, make your trap less than 6. With sub fusions, you can use the E-hero monster fusion that can assoiciare with wild heart, sparkman and such. Flame wingman, mudball, necroid, steam healer and such are crap.

If you have an Elemental hero on the field you can special summon up to 2 level 4 or lower elemental heroes from your hand!

Another cool card for your deck is Elemental Hero Voltic, which also comes in Premium Pack 2.
