Real estate license?
I have a pending dui imy real estate liscensee has been approved already and I disclosed that the dui was pending if I am found guilty how likely is it that my liscense will be revoked if I am found guilty it has been pending for over a year because my lawyer is hoping to get it dropped also I'll say it again I did disclose it on my application thanks in advance

A DUI has nothing to do with a real estate license. They can only revoke your real estate license for breaking your real estate ethical rules/ laws.
One thing should have nothing to do with the other.
That would be like saying if I get a DUI and I'm an architect, I can't be an architect no more?
Your 'penalty' for your DUI will be from law enforcement government not from the real estate license board.
Well if you get it dropped or do some type of deferred 1st offenders program I think you should be ok . Of course I have NO idea where you live and the laws there which can vary.
I know with any type of business license they are very concerned with crimes that involve money- like theft for example. Of course nobody would want to ride around and look at homes for sale with a drunk realtor!
