Real or false labor ?
Okay so since 7a.m i have had contractions its now 12:46am they have been anywhere from 5-20 minutes apart . all day i have been miserable , i havnt slept the past 3 days because of my back pain and its only getting worse , i have been nauseas all day , the only problem is i dnt know if my contractions are braxton hicks or the real thing because this is my first baby , im kind of hoping she will hold off a little longer because i am only 33 weeks but i am just in too much physical pain to sit at the hospital all night for them to tell me "its normal" please help :/

id say go to the hospital being that youre very early before being consider full term. cause normally youd have to wait til your contractions are 3-5 mins thatll be active labor. but 5-7 mins plus and being as early as you are they wouldnt want you to be going into labor yet. so please get to the hosptial asap.
Unless your contractions begin a regular pattern, you are most probably having preliminary "toning" contractions. Try doing knee-chest position to give your back some relief. You can also take a glass of wine to calm things down a bit. It will not harm the baby at this point.
relax...take a deep breath..and observe the contractions..could be braxton and hicks..check your belly and see if it is hard or soft.
dont worry. calm down..if the pain increases call doc and take advice. from now on dont get stressed out..relax and put a pillow on your back
